Workplace Mediation
Workplace Mediation can help to resolve conflict early to avoid grievance, disciplinary, dismissal and other costly situations such as an employment tribunal.
A trained, experienced & accredited mediator works on the case.
The conflict resolution process typically is completed within one day or spread over two half days.
More complex cases might involve more than 1 day.
It uses the following process:
Initial assessment – by telephone
Confidential meeting – person 1
Confidential meeting – person 2
Preparation for joint meeting

Most conflict situations in the workplace can be resolved within a full day of workplace mediation.
When there is more than two parties involved or a very complex situation, more than a full day of workplace mediation may be required.
The cost of Workplace Mediation does not include the drawing up of any agreement documents.
