Once your case has been accepted, two trained and experienced community mediators will work with you and your neighbour to listen to your situations individually.

This is a cost per neighbour.
Both neighbours must pay this mediation session fee before mediation starts.
If you or your neighbour is a tenant then the council, housing association or private landlord may pay for one or both per neighbour mediation session.
